EMADAO User Guide
1. What is EMADAO?
1) EMADAO is a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) aimed at the following purposes:
- Operation of Bookmaker.ninja: The community makes decisions regarding the operation of
the sports betting platform, Bookmaker.ninja.
- Revenue distribution and voting power management: The revenue generated through Azuro
Protocol is distributed to community members based on the number of tokens they hold. Voting rights are
also allocated according to the token holdings.
2. Revenue Distribution and Voting Rights Rules
1) Revenue Distribution
- EMADAO distributes the revenue generated through Azuro Protocol to members based on the number of EMA
tokens they hold.
- The distribution ratio is determined by the results of community proposals and votes.
2) Voting Rights Allocation
Voting rights are allocated based on the ratio of tokens held.
Example: A member holding 1 million EMA tokens will have less voting power than a member
holding 100 million EMA tokens. This ensures a fair decision-making process based on token holdings.

- These rules can be changed through community proposals. Once a proposal is approved, the new rules will
be applied.
